We bought a used Desert Sand Toyota Prius with just under 15,000 miles. The car was sitting out front of the showroom when we arrived from about an hour and forty-five minutes away. The car was cleaned up and looked like new. Our salesperson was Denny Kerns, Internet Specialist at the dealership. He was very efficient in getting us a test driv, answering questions, and getting the sales process started. We financed this car through Toyota Motors and also bought the Toyota Certified Platinum Service Agreement on the car. I hardly ever post reviews, but I have has two really great experiences here. <br><br>The first was back in August 2015. I had gone to several dealers, and all had offered me low figures for my trade in. Went to Dan Cava, and they offered me significantly more for it. Sonny, my salesman both times, went above and beyond each time to give me great service. <br><br>The second time was just this past week (January 2016). I recently found out that I'm having twins, so my two seater Tacoma just wouldn't work anymore. I began looking for a very specific color and model of the Tacoma. Found one at Buckhannon Toyota, but they offered me a serious lowball offer for trading in my truck. <br><br>Ended up heading to Dan Cava, where Sonny, again, exceeded expectations. They didn't have the specific truck in stock, so they searched high and low and found one in Kent, Ohio. And dealer traded that truck in for me. <br><br>Not only did they search all over for the specific truck I wanted, they also gave me a tremendous deal on my trade in.<br><br>Sonny, Steve, Lindsay, and Erin all made my experience at Dan Cava a 5 star one.
